Our Aircraft

Arusha Medivac operates a twin-engine Piper Navajo PA-31 as an Advanced Life Support Air Ambulance.

 

The aircraft’s twin 310 horsepower engines give her the speed to fly from Arusha to Nairobi in just 45 minutes.  Being twin-engine, the aircraft is authorized to fly at night and has the ability to land at bush airstrips all over Tanzania. 

Inside, the aircraft is able to accommodate one or even two stretchered patients along with the necessary equipment needed to enhance patient care.
